Treatment typically begins with a comprehensive evaluation of a patient’s medical history, past psychiatric history, cultural issues, and lab work. From there, the team tailors a treatment program that promotes mental health wellness through healthy habits, behavioral counseling, medications when needed, and psychotherapy. Providers can address any number of mental health problems, including, but not limited to, anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), schizophrenia, and bipolar illness. The goal at Hope Mental Health is to achieve remission by helping patients deal with the here-and-now and providing them with the tools they need to lead productive and happy lives.
