Tisha started her real estate career in the Hilton Head market in 1996, working with a diverse cross-section of property owners in the short-term rental market as a property manager.

Making the move to real estate sales in 2004, Tisha’s expertise in the vacation properties market and her background in the short-term rental market has made her a valuable asset for many buyers and sellers who have benefited from her in-depth knowledge of this niche market.

Tisha has received several real estate designations including the Accredited Buyers Representative and the Certified Distressed Properties Expert designation.

A graduate of Ohio University with a degree in Communications, Tisha moved to Hilton Head Island in 1996 from Cleveland, Ohio, where she was born and raised. Tisha is involved with many volunteer and networking groups in the Lowcountry.
