We know how to help people get their mind and body on the same team and create long-lasting change. Suppose you’re looking for extra support and guidance through a challenging situation, or you’re just ready to move in a new direction. In that case, Mind Body Co-op provides thoughtful, collaborative, and complete care. We offer a variety of Integrative, Outpatient Mental Health clinical services, including Individual Psychotherapy, Group Psychotherapy, Psychological/Neuropsychological Assessments, Medication Management, TMS – Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation, Adventure Therapy, DBT, EMDR, Medical Nutritional Counseling, LGBTQIA Affirming Services, and more. We provide culturally competent services in English, Spanish, Polish, Hindi & Arabic.

We also know how difficult it can be to reach out and get started with a therapist. We are committed to doing everything we can to make your next steps as easy as possible.
