Located in Elk River, Minnesota , our goal at Dawn of Discovery Childcare Center is to promote emotional, intellectual, social, and physical development in each child in a safe and nurturing manner. While childcare can be hard work, watching your child learn and grow is the passion of all the staff at Dawn of Discovery Childcare Center, and it truly shows. From six weeks to five years old, our infant, toddler and preschool curriculum is designed to offer your child a wonderful experience and ensure they are developing to their full potential.

At Dawn of Discovery Childcare Center, we enjoy nothing more than helping your little one blossom from a tiny infant into a smart and confident preschooler. Our childcare curriculum includes fresh and healthy meals/snacks, indoor and outdoor playtime, naptime, art projects, physical fitness class, sign language, caring interaction, and much more. Dawn of Discovery Childcare Center also helps keep parents in the loop through the Daily Connect smartphone app in which staff can track your children’s daily needs and activities and will be able to send text messages and photo updates throughout the day.

Promoting emotional, intellectual, social, and physical development in each child, our teachers provide the perfect place for your child to grow and learn. As a licensed childcare center, we’re able to ensure your child is in safe hands. Our staff is CPR and First Aid Certified, as well as AHT/SUID trained, and we evaluate the safety of our environment daily.
