A4 Training is Delmarva's fastest-growing training facility located in the heart of northern Salisbury, MD. We offer a variety of services to help you reach your fitness goals!

Our facility is always clean, full of state-of-the-art equipment, and easily accessible right off of Route 13. We offer personal training services, team and group programs, and online programs. At A4 we #BuildTogether and encourage a high-energy, welcoming community for all of our clients regardless of their program, physical ability, previous experience, gender, ethnicity, religion, or sexual preference. Everyone at A4 is a part of a big family and encourages one another to be the best they can possibly be!
