Our boutique-style studio offers a variety of unique infrared sweat seshes including Infrared Sauna Yoga Room, Full Spectrum Infrared Sauna cabins, Contrast Therapy w/Cold Plunge, Red Light therapy, Infrared Cocoon Pod (we call it the Bougie Pod!). We also specialize in IV Drips, Vitamin and Amino Acid Injections, and NAD+ infusions, along with other health and recovery options like Whole Body Cryotherapy, Somadome Meditation Pod and Leg Compression Therapy! All of our clients get Reverse-Osmosis, Alkaline water complimentary with every session.
