Many clients come to counseling feeling like their lives may be lacking alignment, purpose, and understanding, and feel lost about which direction to go. I view myself as a partner walking alongside you on your journey towards balance and wholeness. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and National Certified Counselor that specializes in the treatment of trauma, anxiety, eating disorders, self-esteem, and relationship concerns

My approach can be described as validating, encouraging, warm, and supportive. As your therapist, my goal is to help you gain insight into your concerns, identify unhelpful themes and patterns, and work towards creating an individualized plan of action to create the changes you are wanting to make.

My passion for working with clients stems from my innate belief that you are resilient and capable of overcoming the obstacles preventing you from living the life you want to lead. It is my mission to provide you with a safe and supportive space where we can begin your healing journey.
